In an old building with a common courtyard (patio style) in the very center, this apartment is located on the second floor, a small quiet condominium. Spacious (60 m²) and very bright. It consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, etc.), dining area and living room, a large bedroom with new bedding (queen size) as well as a bathroom with shower. The studio has an independent entrance.

Our cottage offers a welcome for the whole family. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one with an adjoining children's area (single bed and cot), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, everything is accessible to people with reduced mobility. With a bedroom overlooking the bathroom, a suitable kitchen and a living room. As the sofa is convertible, it can accommodate up to 7 adults.

The Menugoutte Caravan

Small cozy cottage with the host, nestled in the peaceful village of Menugoutte, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. It offers a modest but warm space, an ideal refuge for a simple getaway, close to the countryside and surrounding forest. Located a few steps from Herbeumont, Chiny and Neufchâteau, a perfect base for exploring the area. It is particularly suitable for hikers in pairs or solo. Sheets not included.

My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!
