Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

A real cocoon for a pleasant time for two, with family or friends. On the ground floor, living room with a 160 x 200 sofa bed, equipped open kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 as well as a pull-out bed 160 x 200. A landscaped exterior, dining area and space for two vehicles. Village served by SNCF, small Proxi business in the heart of it. Located 30 km from Auxerre and 20 km from Vézelay, the start of the historic Compostela Way.

The cottage is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, the basilica of Vézelay. It is on one level, large (55 m2) and bright. You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with one child (baby equipment on request) and four-legged companions. Small inner courtyard common with the owner.
