Quiet and green cottage with its 20 m2 garden, including a private petanque court. 15 min from the megaliths of Lampouys, 23 min from Dinan, 30 min from the forest of Brocéliande, 40 min from the sandy beaches, a central location to visit all the diversity of Brittany. 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 adults + 1 extra mattress) This is an outbuilding on the owner's property. Quiet is guaranteed and sometimes deer are in the garden at dawn or dusk.

It includes on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen living room with a sofa bed on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 bed with dressing dresser, sure the landing a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, on the second floor a large bedroom with a queen size electric bed and a BZ and dressing room . Bedding is provided but towels are not

Completely renovated in 2021, you will be charmed by this small quiet country house located a 2-minute drive from all shops. Great for a couple or solo stay as well as business travelers. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom with a double bed. Guests can enjoy a south-facing terrace at the front of the property.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
