This spacious guest suite is the entire lower level of the house with its own private entrance. Conveniently located 10 minutes to Boulder and 30 minutes to downtown Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away.
