NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Both places are entirely separated. The guesthouse has exclusive right to use the pool and backyard but max occupancy is 4.

Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

This is a secondary private unit in the daylight basement of a main home. It has a private entrance and all the amenities. Nothing is more important to us owners as the comfort and a fantastic stay while you visit. We designed it in detail for your enjoyment and great experience.
