This is a highly sought after lovely CLEAN, PRIVATE coach (carriage) house converted to a one bedroom stand-alone flat in a private garden in beautiful Moseley. It has massive double bed (UK King), plus a small double pull out sofa bed and up to two single air mattresses to accommodate up to 6 travellers although it is quite a squeeze for the 6. There is FREE on-street parking outside the house on a quiet road, though there is no private parking on the drive but for a fee, EV charging on drive.

Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

Easy access to Birmingham or Worcestershire/surrounding area. 3 rooms plus shower room and mezzanine ideal for a couple or family with up to 2 children(5yrs +) who want their own flexible space whilst staying in the area for pleasure or work. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance.
