In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

You should not lack anything. The house is very central and yet in a quiet residential area. There are many shops, playgrounds, downtown, a swimming pool, sports fields, doctors, pharmacies and much more in the immediate vicinity.

A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day.
