Welcome to the "Lucky Lady" and thank you for your interest in our property. We have spent the past few months completely renovating and furnishing this awesome place and everything is brand new. We have 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 den areas, gourmet like kitchen, pool table room and theatre room. Plus, there are 2 outdoor living spaces that include a dining table, fire pit table, hot tub and Blackstone grill. The Bristol Casino is in our backyard and is literally steps off the patio.

Beautiful in Bristol, 3 bedroom home.

A centrally-located, 105 yr old, 3 br spotless home, decorated to delight & amuse. On the Mark Vance Bike Trail, & we provide the bikes! Enjoy a self-guided bike tour of Bristol! 2 miles from Steele Creek Park. 1 mile from downtown. Enjoy restaurants & live music. There is a 2nd bathroom in the basement. Recently remodeled the downstairs bathroom! Be careful on the narrow stairs. Please turn the knob on the front door to lock it as you are leaving. I hope you enjoy your stay at our Beauty!

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Relax in total comfort at this lovely, private farm house. We are located right off of 11W close to I81. 7 minutes to the Pinnacle and Bristol Regional Medical Center, 15 minutes to the Hard Rock casino and downtown Bristol, TN/VA. The house is over a 100 years old, but the interior remodel has all the modern conveniences you need to make yourself at home while you enjoy all Bristol has to offer!
