Fabulous 1 double bed studio, 5 min from the sea.

Away from the hustle and noise of central Brighton, the Studio is only 20 mins to town and 5 mins walk to Hove Lagoon. With your own entrance, the Studio has recently been furnished with double bed, TV with Freeview, Netflix etc and great Wi-fi, as well as a sofa futon for that extra bed if needed and a lovely shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette has fridge + icebox, microwave, kettle, 2-ring induction hob with use of a BBQ. Everything for your perfect weekend get away in Brighton and Hove!

Braemore Lodge is a private annexe property just a stone’s throw away from the historic Hove seafront. Guests will benefit from their own entrance, a private parking space and a recently fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. Braemore Lodge can host up to 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children (with the benefit of a folding sofa bed). Based in central hove, guests can enjoy water sports at Hove lagoon, relaxing walks along the beach or visit the selection of different restaurants Hove has to offer.

The apartment has been recently renovated and features a comfortable king-size bed (with an option for an extra guest bed/travel cot upon booking request) a kitchenette area, an en-suite with a thermostatic shower, a fold away table, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

This lovely Studio Annexe is located above our detached double garage 15 minutes drive from central Brighton and minutes away from the countryside of the South Downs. The road is very quiet & private, with free off street parking. Great transport links by car (A23 & A27 both accessible within minutes), and there’s a good bus service to central Brighton and the seafront which takes about 20mins.
