Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Vacation home in Mittelsaida

Cosy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time. Chateau Lužce

Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.
