A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repairs. Available from 20/5.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Welcome to our cozy and modern guest house of 25 sqm with its own roof terrace, patio and greenhouse! The guest house has a kitchenette, one bedroom and a living room. There is a double bed (120 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm). Perfect for the small family or three guests. Located 5 minutes' walk from the sea with views of Nacka and also close to Kottlasjön where you can swim. A short walk to Högberga train station takes you into town in 30 minutes. By car, about 20 minutes to Stockholm city.
