Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Murmeli Vacation Rental

Our house is at the upper end of the large Walsertal in Fontanella. There are numerous ways to make your vacation varied. Our holiday apartment “Murmeli” has 35 square meters of living space. There is also a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view. The bedroom has a double bed, the kitchen-living room is fully equipped, plus a cozy seating area with a view. In the living area a small sofa and a TV. Our guests are welcome to park directly in front of the house.

In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Appartementhaus Berg 170 is located in Damüls, amidst the idyllic mountain scenery of Vorarlberg. Facilities include a sauna area, a lounge, an elevator, free parking. Damüls is a wonderful place that is not too crowded. Our flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uga lift and the village center. In winter you can let off steam on 120 kilometers of slopes. During summer there are numerous activities to enjoy nature.
