The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.

Outside, the large, nearly 1-acre lot includes tons of trees and privacy, along with a firepit for extra warmth on cool nights.

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds.
