The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.
