THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

"Haselnuss"

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Frisch renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet lädt die "Haselnuss" zum Verweilen ein. Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Katharina log cabin by the ski slope

Haus Katharina (für 6 Personen) ist ein uriges Blockhaus in exponierter, einmaliger Lage direkt auf der Skiwiese im/am Naturschutzgebiet. Das Grundstück ist 1100 m² groß. Perfekte Lage - abgesehen von der Ski- und Rodelwiese ist auch die Wurmbergseilbahn und der Ortskern mit Cafés und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Im Herbst 2016 neu gebaut, verfügt das Haus über eine gehobene, gemütliche Einrichtung im Landhausstil - mit Fußbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna. Das Haus besteht kpl. aus 🪵

The charming, sunny vacation home "Zum Kirschgarten" welcomes you to the spa town of Bad Sachsa. Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

The Harz Mountains are a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and also for winter sports enthusiasts (cross-country skiing or downhill skiing). The property and the area is also excellent for family vacations with children. From the property, many beautiful sights can be visited, such as the nearby towns of Braunlage, Goslar, Bad Lauterberg or St. Andreasberg.

The cozy 100sqm apartment with open half-timbering for the whole family, relatives or friends for up to 6 people on the 2nd floor. There is space for everyone on the huge balcony and you have a great view of the Wurmberg and the forests around Braunlage. The underfloor heating conveys a pleasant warmth. The exclusive kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. You can even choose between tea, filter coffee or DocleGusto.

Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung.

Our vacation home in Allrode offers ample space for 2 - 4 people (5 people also possible if necessary) on a generous 110 m² and is ideal for anyone looking for space for a break away from the hustle and bustle. Just switch off, just take time for the important things, just read, just enjoy. Just be yourself - whatever... - just do it.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.
