It had several uses, from a support house to the house where my grandparents lived, to a remedy for neighbors who needed it, hosting some teachers and lately, it was the home of the caretakers. It is part of the large authentic house with walls one meter thick. It has a private entrance and a terrace in the garden. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and the swimming pool are for communal use.

O Cantinho do Colégio is a renewed place with minimalist features and some romantics details. It was designed to be exceptional, original, clean and comfortable. Located in the city centre of Lamego, close to the Cathedral (Catedral da Sé), you may enjoy the city and the Douro Valley with all the comfort. This building, full of history, was build in the XVIII century and worked as a private school intil 2013.

The house visible in the photo is divided into two. Guests will stay on the top two floors. Also an outdoor part with a kitchen, bbq and ping-pong table. One home does not have any connection with the other. Good location, close to the historic center. Quiet and centrally located space. One-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and all the comforts necessary for a good stay. It is located two steps from the city center of Bragança and the historic area. The building does not have a parking lot, but there is the possibility of parking nearby.

"Remedies" Apartment

The "Remédios" apartment is located in Lamego city center, on the main avenue, at the bottom of the "Nª Srª dos Remédios" Sanctuary stairway and in front of the Multi-purpose pavilion. Walking 2 minutes you will find the cathedral, the theater and the museum, and in 10 minutes you will reach the castle.
