Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

A magnificent family 3 room apartment of 84m2 with superior equipment (private sauna, ski/bike depot, terrace with front garden). The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, including a maximum of 2 adults. Ideal starting point for all activities. In the vicinity there is also the family ski area Novako and the Neklid resort, which is connected to the ski resort Klinovec.

20 years ago, we renovated this house, which is one of the oldest in the city, in a lot of our own effort. Our 4 children have all breathed a lot of life. Now they have left the nest and left some space. Therefore, we have also furnished this beautiful apartment for you with a toddler.
