Avalanche Bay Water Park at Boyne Mountain is literally a 2-min drive! Boyne City, Walloon Lake, Petoskey, & Bay Harbor are less than 25 mins. Unlike most vacation homes, we have a hot tub AND an indoor sauna! Plus, it's 2000 SF so there's plenty of elbow room. Make this home your summer/winter launch pad!

Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa. The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware and a compact refigerator. This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space
