One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Enjoy the kitchenette that is stocked with cookware, utensils, cutlery, and more! Dining area table for 4. This efficiency living is an open concept room suitable for no more than 2 adults. Pullout great for kids. The bath is private with a door. Oak Cottage is one of two cottages on the property. Rent next door Rose Cottage (3bd, 1bth) to have separate space.
