A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Local attractions also include the castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte, picturesque villages (Barbizon, Moret, Samois, Bourron...), the medieval city of Provins, forest hiking trails and climbing sites (a crash pad is at your disposal), activities on the Seine and the Loing.
