Located on the 1st floor, not overlooked and very quiet (at the back of the lively street), a bakery is located in front of the doorstep and many restaurants nearby. Come and relax in my cozy cocooning home. Located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the city. You will appreciate the tropical style of the garden which will give you the feeling of being in the countryside. You will have the choice of 3 terraces, all different, to relax with a drink, one of which is surrounded by palm trees🌴... In summer you can lie on the sunbeds in the south-facing garden. The city center is a 5 minute drive away.
