Beautiful fully renovated studio, located on the 1st floor ,furnished ,quiet ,full historic center of Bourges , free parking at 5 min ,ideal for holidays ,short stay or business trip. Cleaning is provided between each rental by the owner herself with disinfectant products. The fixed cleaning fee for the stay is €18. It is advisable to put toilet paper down the toilets. I don't live on the property,plan to book 48 hours in advance .
