Située col de bluffy, la maison est à 7 minutes du lac et 30 minutes des stations de ski des Aravis. bus (ligne Y62) . Grand jardin de 1800 m2 en extérieur avec table de ping pong, terrain de petanque et barbecue. Piscine 4x8m, sécurisée par volet roulant.
