It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a very quiet small condominium that only has 3 floors. Can't be rented to arrange an evening out. No smoking in the unit.

Our apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people, but it can easily accommodate up to 6 people thanks to our sofa bed in the living room.
