Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

This cozy attic apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet residential area above a garage in beautiful Lastrup and has its own entrance. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

We rent a private, fully equipped apartment in a quiet location near Oldenburg. The apartment has a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a practical kitchenette with refrigerator, mini oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bathroom, storage room. Facilities: double bed, TV, armchair, table, TV and Wi-Fi Important note: Due to negative experiences, we are unfortunately forced to restrict renting to installers.

Enjoy an overnight stay in the cozy construction trailer with a wide view of the fields of our farm. Our large garden with old oaks, (the oak processionary moth was professionally vacuumed and disposed of by a specialist company) invites you to linger. On the private terrace there are sun loungers and on request a fire bowl ready to enjoy the time in nature. Discover the surroundings by bike or on foot right in front of the trailer door.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family will have all the important points of contact close by. Sandkruger train station is about 5 minutes away by bike (2 km). From there you can take the train north (Ahlhorn / Osnabrück) and south (Oldenburg / Bremen). In addition, there is a bus stop within walking distance (about 700 m).
