Ideal for a holiday or home office use. Entrance, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Close to supermarket, the city centre, Harlingen beach and Vlieland & Terschelling ferry terminal. There is paid parking available in the street or at Spoorstraat parking (150 m). Indoor parking for bicycles available upon request.

Welcome also to our old farmhouse, where part of the former stable has been transformed into a charming B&B. Uniquely decorated with lots of art on the walls and a well-stocked bookcase. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Cozy overnight stay in 't Bakhuske

Our beautiful comfortable Bakhuske is a small cozy apartment and equipped with all the comforts. You have access to a small terrace and you can also use the garden. Where you can enjoy the sun or, for example, make a fire. You can cycle and walk in the area. There are bicycle routes available. You can possibly rent a bike from Marcel Tichelaars rijwielen in Sexbierum.
