The town centre is around the street corner - the main beach is exactly 5 minutes away. I offer you a cozy attic apartment about 40sqm on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, from which you have a wonderful view of the harbor happening. In the living room, the couch can be turned into a double bed. The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

The modern house with 9 individual apartments has been in existence since 1992 and is lined with high-quality materials and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea.
