Relax in this spacious and elegant accommodation, completely renovated in the spirit of the Bassins à Flots, a former industrial district of Bordeaux. Enjoy the lovely terrace without vis-à-vis, the four comfortable bedrooms and an open living room very friendly. Come and enjoy this 2-room apartment at the gates of Bordeaux and at the foot of public transport. The bus is located at the bottom of the residence and serves the city center in 15 minutes. Bègles station is behind the residence, and takes you in 2 minutes to Bordeaux station, you will also find tram C within a 5-minute walk, as well as Mussonville Park. The accommodation, very cozy, refurbished and access is completely autonomous with a secure key safe system.

The "Chartons" tram stop (line B) is a 1-minute walk away. You can walk to the city center (15/20 min). The apartment is quiet, cozy and bright. A small patio with 2 chairs and a table allows you to have breakfast outside. Air conditioning is installed.
