In a quiet area, T2 near the Brion bus stop (bus 70) and 7 minutes from the C Ausone tram stop. A - 10 min drive from the ring road (Bordeaux-Lac, Parc des Expo and Stade Bordeaux Atlantique...) A stone's throw from the Marianne school. Bordering Le Bouscat. Nice and quiet residence. Bright apartment. Shaded parking space in the residence. Unfortunately, it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the external staircase. WARNING!! I will not make any cancellations myself. Thank you

BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Relax in this new and cozy home where cleanliness is a must. Located at the bottom of the garden of a private property itself on the 3rd row, calm reigns. Without being overlooked, you will stay in complete privacy. The accommodation offers a large enclosed terrace with outdoor furniture. An independent passage when you're out and about will guarantee your discretion. A few minutes' walk from tram line C, you can reach the city center of Bordeaux without a connection.

Come and discover this Tiny House that's anything but ordinary. New atypical accommodation, made of wood, comfortable 160 x 200 bedding and pool view! You have your own bathroom, air conditioning and linens and towels are provided, as well as a shower gel/shampoo kit. There is no kitchen but we have installed a microwave and a mini fridge.
