Entire house near lake, restaurant and ski resort

The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation floor is newly renovated. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

A short drive away you will find Isaberg Mountain resort with adventures for big and small (mini golf, adventure tracks, swimming area, etc.). Welcome to our newly-built peaceful house with adorable views, the house is secluded. Nature creates peace and harmony. Large terrace with evening sun and also terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Perfect for lovely days/evenings outdoors. Bathing areas to various lakes are close by. Bathroom in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Sponge blueberries/lingonberries as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are right nearby. Nearby is disc golf.

The property is located in a quiet street close to the lake. Here you live a quiet and scenic life with Gothenburg in close quarters. To Gothenburg you can go by car or bus in 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. From Liseberg you reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minute walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 m from the house. Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The home is suited for the family, couples or friends. Lockbox for electric car is available (extra charge applies).

Spacious villa with fenced garden beautifully situated at Sävsjön. Scenic location with opportunities for swimming, fishing and outdoors. The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Nature villa with lovely garden

Relax with the family in this scenic home. Spacious and child-friendly villa of 120 m2 located on the edge of Sollebrunn, at the end of a dead end street overlooking the fields. Here it is walking distance to the city center with, among other things. ICA store, pharmacy, cafe and a decent inn. It is about 4 km to wonderful Gräfsnäs with its castle ruin, restaurant and swimming area. There are many opportunities for walking, maybe to the forests in the surroundings, or to Erska to try the disc golf course.
