Swim, fish, barbecue or take an evening trip by boat. Walk in the woods among the lamb pastures or get down to nearby Nääs factories for shopping or a good dinner. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With a generous double bed and two sofa beds, both the friend group and the big family can fit here. Large social areas to socialize, both inside and out. Newly built wood-fired sauna. The house is located in the forest edge and adjacent to the nature reserve on Rya Åsar. Unique pig house outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Vackert och noggrannt restaurerad 1800-talsbyggnad med moderna bekvämligheter. Generösa sällskapsytor såväl inom- som utomhus. Stort vardagsrum med tv och soffgrupp. Enskilt arbetsrum med skrivbord. Snabbt Wifi och internet via fiber. Tre sovrum, varav två med dubbelsängar. Två badrum utrustade med WC och dusch. Likaså tvättmaskin i huset. Tillgång till privat bastu (hyrs ut separat) och båtplats intill strandkanten vid sjön Tolken, känd för goda fiskemöjligheter. Båt kan hyras separat.

Supermysigt hus på härlig plats! Rymligt med 3 sovrum, vardagsrum, matsal, 2 moderna badrum. Helrenoverat med charmen bevarad. Fullutrustat kök (husgeråd, spishäll, varmluftsugn, micro, kyl-frys, diskmaskin) med mysig braskamin. Bra värme vintertid. På sommaren kan man bada direkt vid huset (brygga med stege). Möjligt att hyra roddbåt och fiska. Parkering i direkt anslutning till huset. 12 km till Borås (15 min), 30km (25 min) till Landvetter flygplats, 50km till Göteborg (40 min).

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
