Super cozy house in a lovely location! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 modern bathrooms. Completely renovated with the charm preserved. Fully equipped kitchen (household appliances, stove, hot air oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with cozy fireplace. Good heat in winter. In summer, you can swim directly at the house (jetty with ladder). It is possible to rent a rowing boat and fish. Parking directly adjacent to the house. 12 km to Borås (15 min), 30km (25 min) to Landvetter airport, 50km to Gothenburg (40 min).

Cottage with lake plot in quiet nature idyll

A summer house beyond the ordinary! Peacefully isolated in a nature reserve with more than 100 meters to the nearest neighbor. 10 meters from the lake with a private jetty and sauna. Swim, fish, barbecue or take an evening trip by boat. Walk in the woods among the lamb pastures or get down to nearby Nääs factories for shopping or a good dinner. Take the opportunity to take a day trip to Liseberg or something else the area has to offer. Perfect for relaxing and escaping the stress and demands of everyday life! Welcome!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With a generous double bed and two sofa beds, both the friend group and the big family can fit here. Large social areas to socialize, both inside and out. Newly built wood-fired sauna. The house is located in the forest edge and adjacent to the nature reserve on Rya Åsar. Hiking trails and barbecue areas nearby. Wonderful nature overlooking the city within walking distance. Cross-country ski trails are within 1 km of the property. 5 minutes by car from the city.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
