There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Stay quiet and centrally close to forest and swimming lake. With private patio and free parking. Bus stop a few hundred meters away from there buses go to all parts of the city. A double bed and a sofa bed, possibly sheets and towels can be offered at a cost of SEK 50/person on request . A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher machine and its own washing machine. Bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the entrance/basement of a villa with lower ceiling height as a basement. The apartment is left cleaned.

Newly built guest apartment with sleeping loft of about 40 sqm. Sunset with sun after lunch. Air conditioning. About 330 meters to the lake and the possibility to swim from the jetty. And about 500 meters to the swimming area with beach and diving tower. In the centre, you can rent a kayak or SUP. Free parking and WI-FI. 160 cm bed in loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. 65 inch smart TV with Chromecast, Apple TV and Playstation 4. Not full standing height in the loft. About 15 minutes walk to Floda train station

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You check in independently in the one-room apartment with its own entrance and toilet. In this one-bedroom apartment, you'll find everything you need to enjoy yourself for a night, a few days or why not a week. In the house, I live with my two children and we may meet in the shared laundry room. Otherwise, as a guest, you can be completely on your own. With access to a private patio surrounded by greenery but still only a 10-minute walk to town.

Fully equipped apartment, with proximity to everything!

The Perfect cozy basement apartment for your stay in Borås. Our house is situated about 2 min from the bus stop, 20 min walk to city Center ( through park, Ramna Parken), We have 2 very nice lakes within a 10 min walk and a grocery store close by. You are free to use the yard tjat is shared with possibility to barbecue if the weather is nice. The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you.
