The Apartment is well equipped, modern and spacious. It is located in the most exclusive neighborhood in Omiš. It is surrounded by beautiful modern architecture mostly built for tourist purposes. The apartment is located in the city center - next to the Cetina river and the Adriatic Sea (see pictures). The old city core is only 2 minutes walk away, as well as two popular sand beaches. Still, this location offers peace and opportunity for relaxation, specially within the large terrace (barbecue).

This apartment with a million dollar view is located on the shiny west coast promenade, in the vicinity of the most popular restaurants. It's a short stroll to Diocletian's Palace and the old town. Nearby Marjan hill, the most popular place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is ideal place for walking jogging or cycling. In the forest along the beach paths you can stop anywhere for a swim. Bus/train/ferry port are only 15 minutes walk. There is a grocery store in the same building.

Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2024. godine. Na velikom balkonu s pogledom na plažu i more nalaze se udobne stolice i stol pa ćete se s užitkom provoditi svoje vrijeme uz miris mora. U blizini je restoran, pekarnica, caffe bar, trgovina. Do starog dijela grada je potrebno 5 minuta hoda.
