Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

In the immediate vicinity of the end-proof cultural mile (approx. 5 min. Walking distance) and to the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 minutes. Footpath) is my lovely penthouse apartment. Apartment is added to the existing building about 12 years ago as a structure. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (approx. 10 sqm with aut. Markiese) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! This stylish accommodation is perfect for couples, families, professionals who work in the Bonn area or trade fair visitors in the Cologne-Bonn area. The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Please note that the proximity to the garden may result in an insect occasionally entering the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, integrated kitchen , hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

3 min walk from the train station. Bush. right at the house. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 30 min drive to the legendary Nürburgring. Koblenz offers a colorful nightlife & is also less than 30 minutes away by car. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

Bonn, complete apartment for 1-2 people

My quiet apartment is located in the Rheinparkresidenz, a green park without traffic in Bonn-Bad Godesberg, close to UN, DAAD, Telekom and Rheinaue. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. In 2 minutes you can be at the Rhine promenade for jogging and cycling. The price of the accommodation includes 6% accommodation tax of the city of Bonn. I will pass these on to the tax exemption.
