Recent extension (2022) overlooking the flowery courtyard of an 18th century house, this 36 m2 duplex combines calm and elegance 6 minutes from the metro. The accommodation is completely independent and adjoins an artist's studio. It includes a large room upstairs (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2. All modern comforts (wifi with UHD fiber, TV, etc.), bathroom with low shower on the ground floor, queen size bed (1.60 m), large TV (Netflix), automatic velux, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

Cosy and Equipped - 4min Metro - Long Stay Budget

Découvrez ce charmant logement d'un style classique aménagé avec soin. A proximité du Stade de France, du Zénith de Paris, de la Philharmonie et de la Cité des Sciences de la Villette. Précisement à 4 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 7 arrêt "Aubervilliers-Pantin Quatre Chemins", direct Paris centre et Châtelet) et à 3 minutes en voiture du périphérique "porte de la Villette". Le logement est très confortable, très bien équipé et vous permettra de passer un bon moment au calme. LGBT+ welcome.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
