There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights in the Höga Kusten area. A lovely glazed porch where you can sit and enjoy and digest the day's adventures. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Travel bed available for the very smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year-round living.

Our beautiful former school is located directly by the Ångerman River, you will live in your own apartment - a former school hall that has been converted into an apartment with three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With lake views and your own sandy beach, you can enjoy lovely summer evenings, barbecues and fishing. The cabin is located on a private plot at the end of a headland. Dogs are allowed to be brought along on two criteria. 1. They must be kept on a leash outdoors. Loose dogs are not allowed, but a longer leash is fine. 2. Cleaning needs to be done extra carefully considering dog hair etc. indoors.
