There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.
