Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) in the Green Heart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Private bathroom with sauna (10,-), coffee/ tea and possibility of cooking, private terrace with barbecue.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

This charming guesthouse for 2-4 people is located in Noordwijk aan Zee, a 2-minute walk from both the cozy Hoofdstraat and the famous beach and boulevard. The house is bright and tastefully furnished, with a spacious bedroom, living room with an extra sofa bed and a luxuriously equipped kitchen. Everything for a carefree stay. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or in the cozy lounge and exercise in between in an extensive gym. You are welcome!

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

Enjoy the silence in our picturesque village of Watergang. Bed & Birds is unique, rurally located and has a lot of privacy. Located in the middle of a Natura 2000 area!
