My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. The house is located in the heart of Bollendorf, a 10-minute walk from the outdoor swimming pool, a 5-minute walk from the Luxembourg border. Kayaking descents along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach and Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are only 10 or 30 minutes away by car. The house offers 1 parking in front of the door, a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with Bbq & many other leisure facilities: 2 bicycles, kickers, darts, DVD, poker game,...

Südeifel - Living with horses, vacation for the soul

The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down. The large terrace, which is fully covered, invites you to barbecue. After that, they can enjoy their freshly grilled steak on one of the two terraces. Quaint, rustic, cozy... in Western style... The apartment on the granary of the former mill estate Georgsmühle is located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen on the Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport. In the Sauertal, uniquely and beautifully located, you can enjoy many leisure activities. Hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are very welcome here.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
