Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Depending on the season, the crossing to the island is by small boat, which is included in the rental. In winter, we arrange shuttle service with snowmobiles. The island is located near central Piteå (6 km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees Celsius year-round. Wood-fired sauna on site. Here, you can enjoy the nature of Norrland. The midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. We can usually arrange transfer to and from Luleå Airport for an additional fee.

Summer accommodation on a farm!

Come and try staying on a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are cattle, chickens and a bit away even horses! The ultimate accommodation for those who want to stay in the countryside and with animals close by! The house was renovated internally in the spring of 2023. The house has two bedrooms and a large kitchen, sleeping accommodations for 6 people, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out day bed. Nearby is a beautifully located swimming lake with a playground and a cozy farm shop.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farmland with nice landscapes, with the cities 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village there are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and quiet area with the forest and snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
