Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and a private barbecue area right by the lake. The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Skadevi Manor for family, friends or colleagues

Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here you will find a cosy farmhouse from 1929 with a total of 325 square metres, divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000 m² plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of space for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a wonderful week together. Villa near the lake 10 km from the city

Nice house in a Swedish idyll. Lake view from bedroom and living room. Two double beds, one single bed and a sofa bed for two in the office (room in the middle corridor). A travel bed for a baby is available to set up if needed. There are 8 hens, 20 young hens, and one rooster on the farm. There are also 5 rabbits and a cat. With a view of Lake Mälaren, you can swim in the hot tub or walk a few minutes down to a small beach and jetty. Relax in the hammock under the apple trees. A barbecue area is available in the yard.

Your own cabin by the lake

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation right by the lake. You come here to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the jetty 30 metres away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the woods right outside the door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor area, and if you want to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to Uppsala city, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

180 m2 spacious villa in family friendly Lindbacken just outside Uppsala. The house is built in 2014 and renovated in 2021. The place is surrounded by forests and fields, yet with good communications to Uppsala city centre and airport. Buses to central station takes 15 minutes and pass every 10-30 minutes. Arlanda airport is reached in 25 minutes by car or Uber. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, hairdresser and clinic is within walkning distance in Lindbacken.

Note: access is via a staircase down, not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
