Studio apartment in central Uppsala of 22 sqm. The accommodation is located in a quiet area with about a 10-minute walk to the Central Station. The apartment has an entrance on the back side and is located in the basement. In front of the house there is parking that is included in the accommodation. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. In the apartment's entryway/kitchen, the ceiling is lower in some areas, about 185 cm. In the rest of the apartment, there is a regular ceiling height. The bed is 140 cm wide. A washing machine & dryer is located in the house and is booked at the door to the laundry room.

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor area, and if you want to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to Uppsala city, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.
