The apartment has an entrance on the back side and is located in the basement. In front of the house there is parking that is included in the accommodation. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. In the apartment's entryway/kitchen, the ceiling is lower in some areas, about 185 cm. In the rest of the apartment, there is a regular ceiling height. The bed is 140 cm wide. A washing machine & dryer is located in the house and is booked at the door to the laundry room.

The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.
