Quiet small townhouse close to amenities and the historic city center of Rouen. The house is composed of a living room on the ground floor with its equipped kitchen area Private outdoor terrace access. On the first floor is the shower room with toilet as well as a 9m2 bedroom with 140/190 bed. On the second floor, a bedroom under the attic with a 140/190 bed. The house is not suitable for young children, and no one with walking difficulties

Well-equipped 50 m2 townhouse, good location, close to shops, a short walk to the Jardin des Plantes. Bus stop is 300 m from the house. The city center is 10 minutes by bus. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, no parking in front of the house, quiet guaranteed. Parking is free on the street. It has two adjoining bedrooms. A beautiful kitchen and a fairly spacious shower room. Linens are carefully provided. The coffee maker is a Senseo.
