Enjoy your breakfast outside on the wooden terrace facing the bamboos, trees and thousands of flowers in the garden - tulips, hydrangeas, daffodils, hyacinths... This place has a history: under the communist regime, the garden was the courtyard of a school.

This centrally located loft is very spacious (130sq meters) and the windows bath each room in light, however, blinds in the living room and black out blinds are on the windows in the bedroom to ensure a proper rest. Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.
