Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Great cabin on the mountain, Orren in Branäs

Park the car and enjoy the fantastic Branäs. This is the cottage to hang out in. Spring-Summer - Autumn: Enjoy cycling, fishing, swimming in Klarälven , hiking and berry picking in the area. The restaurant and shop are open during the high season. Winter: Have access to the entire ski system and everything they mean. Ski in/out vld snow (otherwise 150 m to the system) It is located in beautiful environment overlooking the west side of Branäsberget. Customers clean up after themselves. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 200/p if you book well in advance. Free charging of electric car!

Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Newly renovated cottage on Finnskogen

Relax in our charming cabin and surroundings on mysterious Finnskogen overlooking Skasensjøen. The cabin has a large forest plot (2.7 goals) in a very quiet area 300 meters from the beach and 500 meters to Skasenden eatery with rental of canoe and pedal boat. The cabin has a completely newly renovated kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms with a 120 bed in each room with space for up to 4 people. The cottage has its own well, indoor water and water toilet. The cabin is in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and the possibility of launching a boat.

Modern and cozy cottage in Mattestorp on Branäsberget, with wonderful view of Klarälven. Spacious and peaceful living, in the heart of nature. The cottage has 10 beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need, furnished patios and barbecues. Spacious 122 sqm w/ground floor and loft. Open floor plan for kitchen and living areas with fireplace. Four bedrooms of which double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and double bed on the upper floor loft. Two bathrooms, sauna, dishwasher, laundry machine & drying cabinet.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.

The cabin has 13+2 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with sauna) and spacious kitchen/living room as well as a loft living room. In addition, there is a large terrace, where you can rent a private hot tub, a wood-fired hot tub, as well as a private barbecue hut. Adorable guesthouse by the lake

Come enjoy this quiet lakeside setting. The property is situated on the edge of the forest, 100 m from a small lake that connects to Storsjøen. There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

Cozy 19th century cottage with barbecue area in the best south facing position and convenient walking distance to the gondola. There is a toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, wifi, drying cabinet and wood-burning stove for extra cosiness. Two bunk beds and sleeping loft. On the property there is a barbecue area overlooking Branäsberget and in the outhouse there is a sauna. You park smoothly right by the house.
