A total of 135 square meters + two terraces. Two large bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

Pécs belvárosában, csendes, zöldövezeti környezetben található klímatudatos lakás. Az ingatlan két hálószobával és két fürdőszobával rendelkezik, valamint egy tágas, különálló nappali és egy nagy terasz biztosítja a kényelmet és a kikapcsolódást. A ház fenntartható energiával üzemel, a lakás berendezésében pedig a környezettudatosság fontos szerepet játszott.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
