Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and live in one of the two small, yellow, brick-haired houses on the water. The two houses were restored in 1980-79 and received a diploma in 1982 from the Association of Building and Landscape Culture and Europa Nostra. The two houses are today protected and are mostly seen as a photography stop for tourists. The house is right down to the water, as seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be at the beach, Kobæk beach is just 2 kilometers away.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Cozy one bedroom studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in tile with exposed beams as well as spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. Private toilet and bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, fridge (not freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between planters and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street of Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing pier. Parnasvej and the railway line can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Get in full swing in this unique and tranquil space right down to the water. A simple but personal cabin overlooking the water. Sofa bed sleeps 2, as well as a bed that sleeps 2 (1.5 man bed) . Small tea kitchen with 2 hot plates. Small fridge. Electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding at DKK 100 per person.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis overlooking the small lake. The guest house contains a kitchenette with fridge. The barbecue and garden furniture are free to use. Our local grocery store is open every day of the week from 7-19, and they offer freshly baked bread and freshly made sandwiches. Enjoy my outdoor bath that has both cold and hot water.
