The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.

Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. An idyllic and tranquil spot, 8 miles from the historic city of Canterbury. The Old Granary Barn is only 500m from a great pub and a very friendly, well stocked village shop which has everything you may need during your stay. The windmill is open every Sunday and bank holidays throughout the summer for guided tours and cream teas.
