Apartment in quiet residential area on Sävastön. Close to Boden Business Park. 30 miles from Luleå & 1 mile from Boden with good bus connections to the both cities. The apartment is close to the golf course & nice natural areas. It is possible to stay overnight up to 5 people then in a 120 cm bed, a sofa bed of 140 cm & an extra mattress on the floor. Private toilet/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Check-in must be done before 9 pm & bookings are made by the person who is going to rent the property.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. It has fully-equipped, modern kitchen and toilet with washing machine for comfortable accommodation in quiet and beautiful Norrbotten. The northern light is common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. One bedroom with double bed. Note: There is no cot available. In the living room there is two beds that can be taken apart. Also two sofas that you can make in if you're a big party.

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!
