Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Cozy guest accommodation in a detached garage building. 500 meters to the bus stop that takes you to central Luleå in 20 minutes. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby Hospital and Sunderby Railway Station. The sauna is in the yard and can be used on certain occasions. Use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

Newly built attic house 24m2 + loft with all the amenities 6.8 km from Luleå city center. Luleå University is only 5.3 km away. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
