The rustic "härbre" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with a feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. Welcome to the large retro house with room for the large seal cabinet. There is plenty of space for two families, scooter / fishing / canoeing. The house is located in the community of Råneå, the village where the river meets the sea. 20 meters from the house you are out on Råneträsket, 250 meters to the snowmobile trail Malmens Väg that passes the pool circle and further all the way to Gällivare. Large garage drive with place for two cars with trailers. 11 beds and large and spacious sauna to warm up in after day trips.

Adorable guest house by the sea

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach.
