An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Immediately next to the apartment is a supermarket (Penny) and a soup snack bar. The FOC (Fashion Outlet Center) is 800m away (11 min walk), as is ice station. Also Montabaur's beautiful, historic old town is within 10 minutes walking distance.

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

We offer you a nicely furnished apartment for your stay in Montabaur. In the living room you will find not only the cozy couch set but also a very comfortable TV chair, on which you can relax after a hard working day. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
