This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. A two-minute walk brings you to a giant sand dune that kids will love to play on. The beach is just beyond the dunes. The house is intimate and cozy, with one bedroom and a queen day bed, and is great for couples and families with kids. Nearby activities include kayaking, surfing, horseback riding, wine-tasting, fine-dining, and exploring the beach and dunes.
